Plateau Mont-Royal is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in North America.  Apartment Description: The condo is on the third floor of a triplex built in 1903 and is 1250sqft. It has 9 ft ceilings, exposed brick wall in dining area, hard wood floors and ceramic tile, it was recently renovated and its original moldings preserved. Open concept kitchen/dining/living room with large windows facing southwest. There are 3 closed rooms, which can accommodate 5 people.. The main bedroom has built in closets with queen size bed and the second room has a double bed, and the third has a single bed.  The single bed can be replaced with desk or crib.  The bathroom was completely redone but retains its original claw foot tub. The kitchen is a new wood kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and gas stove and convection oven. Two large balconies. No elevator. No need for a car, you can do all your shopping by foot. The neighborhood abounds with cafes, restaurants and shops. Visit the city by metro. The bicycle path runs along the park and goes up to the top of the Mount Royal, botanical gardens, Old Montreal. There are many bicycle rental shops nearby. The apartment is close to the bus stop (Mont-Royal #97) and at a 8minute walk from the Mont-Royal subway station. Long Term: Negotiable Terms: Monthly. first month deposit upon reservation, + 1 month damage deposit which is refunded at the end of the stay.  The reservation deposit is refundable if cancellation is done a full month prior to reserved dates. If cancellation is done after the reserved dates than a full refund will depend on our ability to rent the condo during the reserved dates.
